Product Photographer

Description

The Alux Company builds a great online shopping experience through the use of photography. The Alux Company is looking for a highly skilled product photographer who is detail oriented and highly creative. He/She will be working with the marketing director to continually improve the product photography on the company website. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, provide new themes for photography, and elevate the photography of products on the website. 

Responsibilities

• Daily product photoshoots and assisting with image ordering
• Organizing and maintaining the current product photos to match themes
• Drive creative photography themes
• Monitoring new products and preparing image ideas
• Editing photos

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• English proficiency 
• Portfolio with experience in the photography studio
• Able to lift and move up to 10 kg
• Proficient with working on Mac and PC platforms

Preferred Qualifications 

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in photography or merchandising
• Knowledge of studio workflows
• Proficient using Excel, Photoshop, and other editing programs
• Comfortable with continuous change 
• Knowledge of upcoming brands and trends
